Granted this isn't the most advertised neighborhood forum for our community. However some people seek it out and ask for input from other residents. I have answered several questions people have had on here. However there is never any feedback to my replies. Not even a simple thank you. Until the HOA newsletter mentions this site to it's residents there will be very little input from myself. I feel like I am wasting my time.

Mike, you are right. The Southern Dunes HOA Management Company and the Board doesn't want us to talk together too much, it is or maybe dangerous for them.
