I live in Southern Dunes. I was returning from an errand today at 2:30 pm and noticed a worker that drives around in a green 4 wheeler usually cleaning curbs standing in the bushes near the park on Tibbs near the school. This man was urinating in plain site of me  and people in the park. This is disturbing that he was doing this, and so close to the school at the time kids get out.  Please ask your employees to use proper restrooms and not to expose themselves so close to a school. this man was white, very tan, tall, driving a green 4 wheeler, maintenance vehicle.
