I have a hard time respecting the rules and restrictions put inplace throught the HOA. It seems to change hands every year and with this comes new ways of billing dues and the enforcement of the rules and restrictions. The website setup to help the homeowners is difficult to navigate and is not very up-to-date. I think the last newsletter uploaded is from 2009.
Honestly we pay enough to have a decent website, don't we? Please make this easlier for all of us to know what is going on in our neighborhood.
