If I am not mistaken, squeky asked if it would be OK and no one seemed to have a problem with it.
Also, let's use some common sense when making decisions. The KIDS DART DRIVE SMART signs are a Public Service Announcement meant to make drivers in the Indianapolis area to be more aware of children playing in the summer. Because of this I see no reason why they should not be kept in the public areas at each entrance to the neighborhood regardless of covenants. I do not see that it would do much good in yards of the private residence's though.
This helps promote good driving habits and reminds us to be on the lookout, especially to those who cut through our division to get around traffic on 5 points sometimes.
