Semi parking

Posted in: Copper Grove

It would be nice if you had taken the time out of your day to just go and ask why the truck was parked there.  Some here are quick to point a finger, but not ask a question or try to understand a situation before hand.

I hope that with knowing that they were here for a funeral makes you feel a littel remorse for your attitude.

Thankful is right as well.  The truck was within covenants and was not breaking any rules.

So be nice...try it sometime, you may like it:)

Let me say I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your father. We hope your family gets over your loss quickly.

I just want to add about the Semi. It was a beautiful truck. I feel it in no way was an eye sore. It is no different than any other work truck people would bring home. Once again we have neighbors trying to tell other neighbors how to live and what they can do on their own property.

Invite your sister to visit again soon and tell her to come back often. If that sounds bad, I am just tired of people keeping their nose up other peoples backside. I personally could not take the stench.

To the Meredith's, so sorry to hear about your loss.  I appreciate that you took the time to explain the situation though you did not have to.  If our concern caused any additional anxiety, please accept our apologies as that was not our intent.

To the other responders in this thread, as other's have mentioned in other posts, most will not be concerned if boats, campers, semis, etc end up parked on a temporary basis as long as it is not a habit.  While it is a nice truck, the Merediths said it is not ideal to have such a vehicle parked in the neighborhood longterm.

Certainly if there is anything about my property that causes someone else concern, I would want to know the concern and do what I could about it.  I am open to doing what I can to maintain/improve the neighborhood's appearance which will hopefully lead to reducing the inventory of CopperGrove homes currently on the market.  With this in mind, I know our trim needs painted.  My wife won't let me forget.Smile

I wish everyone a relaxing and enjoyable weekend!
