I was informed today that the HOA board is paying $6000 a year of our money to keep an attorney on retainer to sue us when we don't bow to their commands. What I think is funny is that they recently sued a homeowner because they put a very expensive and very good looking metal roof on their home. The judge was reported to have said they found. othing offensive with the roof and found in favor of the homeowner. I for one can't wait the few years we have left before we can vote to dissolve the HOA and get these busybodies out of our lives. How low does your self esteem have to be to try and get your self worth out of trying to impose your will on your neighbors.
