Southface Community Association

A Note From Bill Baier

Jul 01, 2000

We are interested in concerns that affect residents and the quality of life in Southface however, many of the concerns and issues that are brought to our attention are through phone calls or "in the parking lot" conversations that could be best resolved with more open discussions between neighbors. In the future, one of the first questions members of The Board will ask when you call them is "Have you discussed your concern or issue with the offending neighbor(s)?"

The desired method of resolving concerns or issues is to address them with the party or parties that you feel are causing the problem. If this does not resolve the issue, you will be requested to put your problem in writing and either mail it to a Board member, or attend the monthly meeting of The Southface Neighborhood Association to present your concern.
