Tonight my wife, Micki, and I were going to the houses on Metcalf to get petitions signed when we discovered some disturbing information. The developers have tried to buy the two properties adjoining their property to the north on Metcalf. The owners immediately to the north have initially refused to sell. The neighbors (second house to the north) however, may be interested in selling. This would mean that the neighbors immediately to the north of the vacant property would be under greater pressure to sell.
