WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW
Let the City Council members know NOW that you are opposed to the rezoning at 71st Street and Metcalf Avenue. Rezoning No. 2005-21. There are a number of ways you can make your voice heard!
1. Call them.

2. Write them.
(Drop off your letter to Kara Wilson, 7015 W. 67th St., by Friday 12:00 p.m. and she will take to City Hall and ask that they are delivered to the Mayor.)
3. Send them e-mails.

4. Encourage your neighbors, friends and other Overland Park residents to call, write or e-mail the City Council members.
5. Attend the protest this Saturday. We will meet at the church at 10:45 a.m. sharp and then carry signs from 11-12 on the corner of 71st & Metcalf. We are contacting the media and hope to get a few seconds of coverage that the mayor or councilmembers may hear about.
