At the last Board Meeting (April 15) I was asked to organize a maintenance group so that the neighborhood would look good. The group would consist of one person from each of the 6 associations. (Courtyards, FairwayII condo, Fairway II townhome, MailCreek condo, MailCreek townhome and Single Family). The responsibility of each person would be to perform a walkthrough every two months to see what needs repair (roof, garage doors, etc) and to report this to the Board.
