"And Southway Gardens, which is being developed by the Oakmont Group, is a 202-lot subdivision that began home construction earlier this month. Located at Beltway 8 and Freehill in Pasadena, the 35-acre site will contain homes priced from the $100,000s to the $120,000s.
Royce, the only builder in that development, will construct its Texas Colonial Homes Garden series. The lots are 32 feet by 110 feet.
Southway Gardens also will include some apartments and commercial reserves."
If the subdivision does indeed have 202+ homes with HOA dues of $360 a year where is the $72,720 going to? The park? The 2 lakes? I suggest a pool, basketball court, water park, or an additional park be added.
Home many homes are in Southdown Trace? I'm pretty sure there HOA fees are also high. And for what? I think something needs to be done about this.
