Hello! Where are you, the other SIX directors of the board?


To my knowledge, CCHoA has a board of seven members. I wonder whether the other six board members have some back bones of their own?! Our President Fennessy could not behave like a KING unless the other board members allow him to!

Quentin let his friends speak, about the lifeguards/pool, but the moment she spoke up, she was immediately ''Shut Down'' by our CCHOA president. Is that the way residents are treated by our CCHOA?

Shouldn't any homeowner that takes the time to show up for any HOA meeting be allowed to speak?
Not just Quentin's friends?
