You are so correct!  

So...DO TELL what it means for you? 

This post is really meant for anybody and everybody.   A year ago I was carrying around !00 pounds of excess FAT...well NO MORE!  No matter how well you carry it, it is still there, hurting your heart, predisposing you to various cancers, not to mention the plethora of other ailments that come with carrying too much weight on our bodies and hearts. 

Now I'm not done getting in shape...got a ways to go yet.  So come exercise with me and you get to have fun, listen to my sarcastic humor...walk a little, run a little more, cycle a lot more.  And now I'm looking for a pool to swim laps in.  We should be entering a triathlon by Spring!  My goal is to be a Slow Fat Triathlete come Spring! (Click on that to check out her site!  Very dry funny!)

I love working out alone with my iPod and my thoughts, but it would be nice if their were folks in the neighborhood who might like to join in.  I'm on the EASY plan for getting started.  This week I am starting Couch to 5k and I can tell you that it really is easy...I've NEVER been a runner at all! 

I'm thinking about posting signs in the neighborhood to see if there is any interest at all.  With the Department of Health and Human Services putting our the new activity guidelines yesterday, now is a good time to step up and run out your door!

Call me if anyone is interested in Couch to 5k, running in general (I'm just now learning), doing triathlon...any or all of these or bring me your faves I haven't listed.

Well, I was attempting to do a Halloween theme there with the black and orange, but it just didn't quite work out, did it? 

So wonderful that I was able to bring you eye strain at 2:30 in the morning!
