To promote the collective and individual property and civic interests and rights of all persons, firms and corporations owning property in Spring Creek subdivision located in Hamilton County, Indiana.
To develop a community designed for safe, healthful, and harmonious living.
To care for the improvements and maintenance of the public easements, parkways, grass plots and any facilities of any kind dedicated to community use in such subdivision.
To assist the owners in maintaining in good condition and order all vacant and unimproved lots or tracts of land and in preventing them from becoming a nuisance or detriment to the beauty of the tract and to the value of the improved property therein, and to take any action as may be necessary or desirable to keep them from becoming a nuisance and detriment.
To aid and cooperate with the Members of the corporation in the enforcement of such conditions, covenants, and restrictions on and appurtenant to their property as are now in existence, as well as any other conditions, covenants, and restrictions as shall hereafter be approved by a majority vote of the Members of the corporation.
To do any and all things necessary to promote the general welfare of the residents and owners of any portions of the subdivision and their property interests therein.
To do all other things necessary or convenient, not inconsistent with the law, to further the activities and affairs of the Corporation.
