On August 1, 2010, a new board was established for the Spring Falls Homeowners Association which includes the communities of Spring Falls, Spring Falls Farm and Spring Station. The bylaws of the HOA require a seven member board to govern over the polices and compilance of the HOA. Dan Chesser has remained as President along with Michael Mattingly as Treasurer. New area representatives were also nominated: Carolyn Widman, Spring Falls and John Kinder, Spring Station Their e-mail addresses are listed below. I feel that we have assembled a group of homeowners that will function with the best interest of the HOA. In the coming weeks through this forum, you will be able to view important information about your neighborhood. You will know where your dues are being spent and what you can do to contribute to the improvement of the community. Remember that everyone on the Spring Falls Homeowners Association board is a volunteer, no compensation is given to any member. But more importantly, please understand that these changes will not happen overnight and without help. The board is need of additional volunteers to help make our neighborhood a more desirable place to live.
The members of the board challenge all homeowners to become more active for the betterment of our community.
Respectfully,
Dan Chesser, President
