Invoices for the HOA membership dues for the coming fiscal year was mailed on July 1st. If you did not receive one, please contact the board at our e-mail address: springfallshoa@insightbb.com Membership dues were increased this year for the first time since the HOA was established in 1997. Your dues are important to cover the expenses of the neighborhood. You may look at our proposed budget on the main page of this website.
