Spring Falls HOA

Homeowners beware of thieves.

There has been some criminal activity recently within the HOA. A resident in Spring Falls Farm had their home broken into last month. They took several items and was there long enough to smoke a cigarette and leave the remnants on the patio! If you see suspicious activity such as a car driving around the block that you don't recognize or stopped for a period of time in front of your home, call 311 or 911 and let LMPD know. To avoid being a victim of a burglary remember the following safety tips.

Lock all outside doors before you leave or go to bed.

Lock all windows.

Leave lights on when you go out. If you?’re going away for any length of time, connect some lamps to automatic timers so your lights turn on and off at preset times.

Keep your garage door closed and locked. A lot of visible items in your garage may be an invitation to a burglar.

Don?’t allow daily deliveries to accumulate. Either suspend delivery or have a neighbor pick up the mail, newspaper, etc.

Get to know your neighbors and watch each others property.

Install an alarm system.

Report ANY suspicious activity to law enforcement
