Spring Meadows Property Association

The residents in 11846 S. Fairhollow Ln have built an outside kitchen with fridge, sink, grill tops, deep fryers running on propane and have been cooking food out of their backyard for over 4 months.  They started in November and I have called the city on this.  The residents cook pig skins and pig fat almost all day during the week and take in the evenings during the weekend.  They clean their pots and pans in their backyard and it runs into my yard.  They have banged their pots and pans on my fence line and scraps have gone through and under my fence.  One time my dog got ahold of a piece of meat and she ate it and it made her sick.  The outside STINKS all of the time, I have to constantly watch my dog so she doesn't get aholf of any food thay may have been banged off of a pan and onto my property line or if scraps have washed under my fence by them clenaing thier pots and pans. There have been times gallons(multiple, atleast 8) of grease have sat on their back patio and grass as well as raw meat sitting out on a stove overnight. Possums and racoons and other wild life have been attracted to this and hide in the trees in the surrounding backyards. I believe the HOA needs to be aware of what's going on in our neighborhood and if there's an issue like this that is against the law inside the city of Houston something needs to be addressed.
