I'm not completely sure, but I think that where the sidewalk starts at the end of Grasmere is not up code. I have seen numerous people trip and cycles bounce when going onto the sidewalk which does not have a ramp.

Should the committee refer to this to Ryland concerning Mason's code on sidewalks?
