SPRINGSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD

Springside is an intimate community of twenty-four homes established in 1999. It is comprised of a diverse group of active families and singles. Our homeowners association is committed to maintaining and improving the overall beauty and property values of our neighborhood. It is a wonderful location to raise a family, enjoy the “empty nester” years, or for anyone to call home.

NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES

Springside is an easy walk to Rhyne Park and Tolleson Park where residents can enjoy baseball, swimming, tennis, and summertime evening movies. Right around the corner is the Silver Comet Trail for miles of hiking and biking. Nearby is the quaint Smyrna Village Market with neighborhood restaurants and other great shops. Springside is nestled within the Smyrna city limits and enjoys all of the City of Smyrna services. In close proximity are Publix and Krogers, hardware stores and Cumberland Mall with its many new upscale dining establishments.

CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING

The Springside community is an easy commute to Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. It is just minutes away from I-285 and the Atlanta International Airport. A quick jaunt to nearby I-75 and it is an easy get away to the mountains in the north or beaches in the south.

We encourage all residents to become active in your Springside Homeowners Association and all of your neighborhood events. After all, without you, one cannot have a community.
