A message from our president

Nope

Yes, one can give personal opinion.
No, one does not need to be a "puppet" when one is responsible for representing the views of one's
membership.

Jim Biggerstaff did a good job in speaking at the meeting, placing the emphasis on the vote taken at the 6/13 meeting. That is strong and trusted leadership.

On the otherhand, in watching the re run on tv today, North Shores president did not lead. He played word games and had to abdicate HIS responsiblities to another board member becuase he could not stand not to have his own way.

children, children

seems to be a power play here

is anyone willing to play by the rules of common decency and moral duty?

way to much anger, could it be defensive?
what a joke

Do you seriously believe that Masty & CVS were not willing to "GIVE" the 150 foot thing from the beginning?

It is the oldest ploy in the book, folks.
Ask for more than you need. Then play the big compromiser.

They still get what they want- special exception parking. Maybe not as sweet as the full deal, but absolutely satisfying.
