No one criticized Steve Lange for being President because he was an architect. The conflict that involved Steve Lange was about his early involvement with the CVS group as the association prez.
vs. his duty to represent all of the neighbors.

Nice try, JC = Steve. Would you say Lane should not have been president because he might get future legal clients? How about Debra Cerminaro- the same? Cary Burns?

No one has ever criticized you for being an architect and working in the neighborhood. No one has ever, to my knowledge, ever even questioned
that being a conflict in and of itself.

Do not try to destroy the entire neighborhood now that you have been asked not to speak for the neighborhood.

I am not Greg Burton but I am a former board member who did not advertise in the newsletter but did do business in the neighborhood.

You started off making some pretty good sense there JC. But you lost it
when you said board members should not be working in the neighborhood. Who you going to get to serve then? Somebody working in Brandon? How does aanybody profit from being president of an association? It takes up too much time and they can't work as much at a paying job. Almost anybody i can think of would have a possible conflict of the type you speak of.
