This category includes projects that are initiated by one neighborhood organization and can be either a physical or social improvement that occurred in their neighborhood boundaries.

Examples include: landscaping, signage, park improvements, youth & senior programs, public safety or education programs. Project must have been completed between January 1998 - December 1999.
