I know a couple board members and some people that know Joyce Frey and I have never heard them say a bad thing about her. I think she got snookered too.

Greg,go right ahead and distribute what ever you want to whom ever you want. I do not care. Your allegations against me at the June 12 board me were not true then and they are not true now. So go ahead. Distribute.

But, now that you have written in so eloquently, you have confirmed for all to see that I was correct:

You were privy to city hall records and materials collected on me by people that you knew.

You did go down town to check up on me based on the previous ground work performed by your friends. You did question officials to dig up stuff on me. This then proves the de facto board stuff is true because you met with four other standing North Shore board members to write that pack of lies against me. Remember, five of you, all board members at the time, signed that letter charging me with lies. Any time a majority of a standing board meet outside of the legally established format for such meetings and attempt to conduct the businss of the board cutting out the other board members while controlling the majority vote of that board you are in fact a board operating outside the limits. A de facto board.

(By the way, at the June 12th board meeting it was determined, unanimously by the board, that the charges brought up by you were totally unfounded. In other words I was totally innocent of your allegations, charges, lies. But did I get even one apology from any of you who charged me. Have I received even one apology since then. Not one. Not a word. And now you want to distribute to who ever wants it the same paper crap that you tried to weave into a conspiracy against me before. Are you trying to smear me again? Twice? Good God man, even you can't be that........!

And now you say that all of this stuff that was done to me was done in what you thought was in the best interest of North Shore.

Greg, you should resign right now. Period. After this admission how could you not?

Joyce resigned because of three phone calls placed to her by three standing board members. She resigned within hours of those calls to her. Her resignation had nothing to do with me. If you do not believe me contact her.

In the future get your facts straight. Your ridiculous statements are most telling.

Thanks for making this clearer I would very much like to see this paperwork. I'd would like to say thanks to all the citizens who seem to be working along tending to business through this too,
even though I don't know most of them personally: Susan, Cynthia,
Carl, Lane and the others.
