The next NSNA Board Meeting takes place Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the Sunshine Center in the auditorium. The first presenter on the agenda is Paul Morris, developer of the project at Beach Dr. N.E. and 4th to 5th Avenues.
Mr. Morris was asked by Mayor Baker to present the project to a few neighborhoods closest to the project location. The project is ''a Tuscan-style, mixed use'' project with two apartment buildings built around a courtyard with dining and other shops on the first two floors. The buildings reportedly terrace back from the street so that the bulk of the buildings sit at the back of the lots. People have been very curious about this project--here's an opportunity to get a sneak preview.
