Airport

I am sort of naive, but it seems that we as a neighborhood would not want to close the airport if closing it would create more residences. I would think our neighborhood becomes more attractive when the market is tight. A limited supply of housing and a great downtown would encourages people to buy old houses and fix them up and drive the value of our investment up. It would also force some of the less desirable element out.

If it was open space, that is another subject.
