Men on Bikes!

Hi Pam-
I'm around Kenwood often during the day and have noticed a lot of middle aged men on bikes too! Men on bikes with quarts of beer. Not that it makes it any better...but I did inquire about what these men are doing. Most seem to be unemployed day workers who hang around with other unemployed day workers. I don't think they are causing any harm, they're just biking through the neighborhood out of boredrom and hoping to find possible side jobs here and there. I have a couple of these folks living in the house I'll be closing on in a couple of weeks (they have the owners permission), so I've had the chance to speak to them first hand. Everytime I go over to this house, there's a different person coming out of one of the bedrooms. They get on their bikes and merrily ride away. Not the greatest of situations but they really do seem OK. Hope this helps!

Dogs and leashes

How do we feel differently about dogs on leashes? Do you not think that when you are on the street walking you dog they should be on a leash?
