Up until now I have just been reading
and not writing but as Jethro keeps writing I felt compelled to say that I am happy to be living in this neighborhood and GREATLY appreciate all the hard work that goes into keeping it progressing into even a better place where the value of homes is rising, homes and lawns are better kept and all the good work the association promotes.
And yes, it was my idea to start the Cook's Club which is one of my best ideas........with a lot of help from my friends and neighbors. Let's honor all the progress Historic Kenwood has made
and keep going forward despite ignorant
critizisms and come up with even more ways of putting the good ''neighbor''
into our neighborhood!!!!!!!!

Your Right

The value of our homes is rising. Rising so fast, I am amazed everytime I hear what home has just sold for. Soon, most of the renters will be gone and new buyers will have spent to much to let their houses decline.
I also appreciate all the hard work the Association(people) does. Could the Assoc. do more? Could it be done differently? Sure! All it takes is more bodies to work and opinions at meetings. The more dedicated people we have, the more and faster things will get done.
