There are a lot of rentals in the Kenwood area that bring in people who don't understand what the Good Neighbor policy is all about,they bring all there old habits with them.There should be a booklet of some sort given out to those families to let them no the do's & don't of this neighborhood they want to call home.

I think that is a great idea. I am sure there is a way to do it and not offend anyone. I am not quite sure HOW to do it, but the idea is a fine one!
