My neighbor found a tan dog and got the name of the owner, an april maxwell, but I don't know her and she is not in the phone book. The dog was taken to the spca today 10 /13. I was told, if the owner can't be found, the dog could be put to sleep. The dog seems really nice and I would hate to see that happen. So I'm hoping someone might know her.
