I empathize w/your frustration..

....but I'm not ready to boycott baseball yet. I am a huge Rays fan and I'm gonna stick with them, even through the impending strike, frustrating as it is. The only thing that will make me turn my back on major league baseball--and I mean PERMANENTLY--would be if they were asanine enough to dare to really ''contract'' my Rays. If they take the Rays away, you will never even hear the word ''baseball'' pass my lips again. Baseball will be dead to me. But, short of ''contraction'', MLB can just keep treating us fans like dirt on their shoes and I'll keep coming back. Sad, but true.

Go, Rays! World Series in 2003! Wuuu huu HUUUUUUU! Oh yeah.
No Shut Down.

Well, they avoided a shut down(remember, it would not have been a strike as the players were not asking for anything more than they had). You on the other hand will have to admit the truth. You can't blame the players. Just admit that baseball has become boring for you. Then you can move on to your movies or whatever. Good luck, best wishes, and be happy.
I, myself, is thankfull for the city and it's couffers.
