I am the only house that had the right setback on my Block out of 14. Go figure. My 6' fence is 26 feet from my front property line as it should be.

I believe it is up to 3 feet not 4 feet
however, I could be wrong. Check with Miss Bailey our codes officer her number is on the newsletter.

the height all depends how high your yard is off the street. Its 3' in most all of Kenwood and it should be on your property line or at least 2 feet in if you need to know the city web site has all the info on line about fences

Code Enforcement at work!

I noticed Betsy our codes inspecter has been checking Privacy fence setbacks. Good , why should people be able to do what they want ! City code is City code. Everyone should follow code! So if you have a privacy fence that is not 25' from your front property line you need to get it moved !
