Bungalowfest '02

So that's how you spell it I got the impression it was called Bung Fest! Mr. Brick Head I think thats a GREAT Idea but since I stopped going to the meeting I can't say it fr you BUT I will bring it up to Sandy tomorrow if no one has told him yet

Are you surprised

It seems to me that this new administration is just like the old (of many years past). Are all of our neighbors really this similar or does someone just keep feeding the new group with their ''influence''?

I wholeheartledly agree with you on one issue Bill: The price. I was appalled at the $10 fee last year. We need to (as an association, not a board or b-fest committee!!!!!) decide what the goal of Bungalowfest really is. Do we want people to see our neighborhood and maybe buy in? Do we want to build clout? Do we want to make money? The goal will determine the fee and many other issues as well.

PLEASE MR. PRESIDENT---If you read this web page---- stand on your own. Lead, don't follow! Take the advice of your board, but set an example. Be above reproach.

As for the name....I think Bungalowfest is a good name, and more importantly, the event has come to be known that way. Maybe we could tag line it. Something like ''Bungalowfest: Historic Kenwood's Tour of Homes'' Seems that would please most all.
