historic Kenwood must not be so great . there are alot of empty homes either for sale or for rent. I know my old house is still empty after 2 months. Face it drug dealers are taking over Historic kenwood. See Ya!!!!!

Yea......

there are a lot of houses for sale. Everybodies' cashing in on the increased property values. All those sales are for more and more money. I'm not saying it's utopia, but things can't be too bad with the prices going up, up, up.

Anyone knows housing never sells in the summer time Everyone is broke from all the parties. Now that its fall people will be looking for a house. Maybe the reason why your house is still empty is because its not what someone wants or you have over priced it! As for the drug dealer if you live on 2nd Ave near 22nd street then you can see what most of us other folks have put up with for yrs.How do you know the dealers are taking over? If you think its because of all the load cars I beg to differ the load cars are because Kenwood is a passage from south St Pete to the school or I-275 they just like to cruise our streets to show off..I will say I have seen some move into the neighborhood, but thats the blame of the home owners who rent to them.
