Some members expressed concern about a store at 2909 Fourth Street North that is operating an Adult Use business without permit. Codes officer Maureen Barnes stated that the zoning for this area does not permit Adult Use businesses, and that the business in question has 10 days to readjust its inventory so that no more than 10 per cent of gross sales come from adult use materials. If they do not comply, the case will go to Code Enforcement Board. Maureen will keep us informed.
