NDR outdated- grade F

NDR meeting Wednesday, June 28th @ 6:30 pm. Sunshine Center 330 5th Street North
NDR is for everyone

NDR absolutly needs to be revised.

Everyone must understand that as frail as NDR is, it is the only protection we have from someone building a Caya Costa Style home in North Shore.

Having said that, there is a home on 15, 16, or 17 Ave. that is a complete eye sore to our neighborhood. The home is apple green and can not be missed. The home could look fine in another neighborhood, it just dosen't fit one of the architectural styles in the NDR guidelines.

It is very sad that our neighbrohood and City allowed that home to be constructed/renovated to look like it does.

NOW we have a precedent set that could drastically reduce our home values. A commercial property can be built only along 4th street. The home I am outraged over can be built on ANY block in North Shore.

UNLESS

We start beefing up NDR and stricktly inforcing the current NDR guidelinessident.

please do not do this!

It is so rude to pick out a single home and criticze it. How do you think that homeowner feels? What is an eyesore and outrageous to YOU may be seen differently by others. It would behoove you to speak in more general terms, as your main point is well taken. The specificity is not.

Not true

yea, sure. A commercial building can only be built along 4th street -----and down to 3rd Street and maybe 2nd Street. And just pick your avenue because they are all up for grabs now! As long as it starts on 4th Street.
