Steve Is Good for Neigborhood

Ha!

Ha! Ha! Ha! I couldn't stop laughing.
loyalty

Your loyalty is evident and you even make a few worthwhile observations. Sadly, however, since your posting, Mr. Lange has made some rather rude postings again. I refer you to the discussion immediately after yours and other responses made by Mr. Lange dated Sept. 21 and 22. The consistency of such inappropriate responses, continuous for about seven weeks now, negates much of your plea for
overlooking the responses. And it is a shame that it continues.
flaw in the arguement

There are flaws in your argument. First you attribute things like alleys, older homes, the appearance of the neighborhood, to Lange and others.
Well, many of us lived here long before he came and all those things were in place. It might argued that the come back of the neighborhood was bound to happen because of the shortage of housing stock in St. Petersburg and the national resurgence in interest for nostalgic living.
Lange

I have been attending North Shore meetings on and off (more off than on) for 5 years or so. While my wife and I have many dear friends, aquaintances and business associates that attend way more frequently than I, I do keep up on what is happening in our neghborhood.
I live it. I breathe it.

I have observed Mr. Lange closely. And his ''style'' or ''demeanor'' have little to do with his effectiveness or his obvious love of what he is doing. Give the guy a break. He really does give ''a damn'' about what goes on.

And one other comment. Why are people allowed to ''flame'' others on this board anonymously? Bad form.....
