Thank you for posting this report. I just read it and it is full of important info that all homeowners should read. I was especially surprised at the long list of sidewalk repairs to be done this year. I wonder if the homeowners who live at these addesses even know that their sidewalks might be replaced. I was also glad to see that the association is following up on boarded houses and other things with the city. God job.
