Information on lights

Hello Mr. Johnson I was interested in what you had to say about the lights in the Monuments. I also wanted to know who was incharge of replacing the lights. I looked in the newletter and called one of the Board members and I was told that Tom Hennessy 822-4378 was the person who has been replacing the burnt out lights. If you would like to know why they are not being replaced now, I suggest you call Mr. Hennessy and I am sure he will give you the information you are looking for. I am sure Mr. Hennessy would like to have someone give him a helping hand.

Good positive suggestion ''helping hand''.
But in the interest of open and honest communication...if someone voluteers to be on the board (and change lightbulbs) they should live up to their commitment 100% or risk the wrath of justified critics.

....and they should respond to questions posted on this site which has been touted as such a GREAT commuinications tool (one way only I guess?)

By-laws

No where in the NSNA bylaws does it say that board members should change lightbulbs. I think Steve Lange should do this, and his children, and their children, since the stupid things were his idea, his design and his ''babies'' !!!!!! And I agree with ''Smith'' or whoever it was that the things ought be torn down anyway. They are ugly monstrosities.

Huh?

Huh?
Jones...you are kidding right?

Yet another ugly reference to Mr.Lange. To a casual reader of this site one must assume he had the leadership, interest, drive and ability to get alot accomplished around here!

All while lazy-types sat back and did nothing but critcize!

OUR entry monuments are the most distinctive and beautiful in the Tampa Bay area, perhaps Florida. As a home-owner I am proud of them. They sure are a great improvement on those hex-block ''super-graphic'' things ala 1970 that still linger.

Get ready to see more and more of their image as they are our neighborhood's symbol, and this symbol will be featured graphcally whenever possible on
letterheads, our newsletter masthead, posters, notecards,

Now Jones, lightbulbs really aren't the issue are they?
