I am not gonna be too much help describing this one but I think someone will know ....here goes...

Does anyone know if that new gawd-awful sign on the that new bank on Fourth street meets ANY signage code?

You know the one...with the flashing lighted signs/chaser lights...scrolling marquee with foot high letters in optic orange,red,blue green configurations!!!

It is horrible! And I can't believe it meets ANY code!

Its not in the neighborhood...but it's so bright and HUGE you can almost see it from my house!

How can we get rid of it!!!!????

I'm also bothered by that sign, if they could do, what's to stop every other business from have similar sign, could you imagine, 4th Street will be as bright as New York's 42nd Street
