Heard there is a new townhouse plan for 9th avenue that is as bad as Hazelton. What's the scoop and can it be stopped?

The project being planned for 9th avenue is a far cry from the treehouse that Hazelton is calling a townhome. These builders and investors are dedicated to designing and building a quality project. Furthermore, they are working very hard at finding resolutions to the issues that have been brought to thier attention. This is the scoop and since this is NOT the Hazelton project, why not try to work together? |

curb cuts?
I hear that the developer is asking for curb cuts and parking from 9th Avenue, not the alley (garage doors!). This would be really against the historical nature of the nearby area. Is the plan going to be presented at a membership meeting? That might calm people's fears if what you say is true. The site is appropriate for nice townhomes. |
