As part of the Weekly Planet's Best of the Bay Issue scheduled for Sept. 20th, the publication is requesting readers to submit entries for the best neighborhood in the Bay area. In 650 words or less they want to hear from residents about their favorite neighborhood. The deadline is July 16th.
