''St. Pete: the First 50 Years,'' a guided walking tour of downtown St. Petersburg, will be run this Saturday, March 1, 2003. Starting at 10:00 AM at Second Avenue North and Second Street (near Baywalk), the tour will visit 25 historic structures and sites in a period of two hours. The tour is free for members, $5.00 for nonmembers. New SPPI president Chris Kelly will serve as tour guide.
As a special incentive, nonmembers who take this tour will be offered full 2003 memberships at no additional cost. More information is available by calling 727-824-7802.
