The agenda includes nominations from the floor and election of a President Elect and a request for vote on the CVS traffic deterring proposal. We also have an addition to the agenda. Homeowners have contacted me expressing concern about the opening of a Goodwill Group Home for developmentally disabled adults at 806 18th Avenue N.E., so time will be alloted for a discussion on that issue.
