The City is holding a Land Development Regulations (LDR) Rewrite meeting on Monday, March 10th at 7:00 pm at the Bayfront Center, Sun Pavilion Room, 400 1st Street South. The meeting has a specialty focus on city centers, which include downtown, Tyrone and Gateway.
LDRs guide all built development and redevelopment within the City. They regulate building and site uses, occupancy loads, parking standards, building sizes and in some cases, design standards.
