I had a discussion with George Webb at the breakfast with Mayor Baker for neighborhood leaders regarding our objection to the removal of elemetns characteristic of our historic neighborhood--hexblock sidewalks and brick streets. I would welcome information from any neighbor who has resided in a historic neighborhood that has successfully restored their brick streets and other elements. I need to schedule a follow-up meeting with Mr. Webb. I'd welcome any members who'd like to participate in the discussion.
