Thanks for the announcement but what does ''we have CHANGED'' mean? I hope it is not a disparging remark against those who worked hard the last years to build a good organization for you to now serve for the first time. (Never even saw you at meetings until the last few months). Nothing wrong with change if it is positive, well-considered and tempered. But change purely for the sake of change is not constructive. Perhaps an explanation is in order.
