This two waying of 8th and 9th is working well. I think it is great and people are learning to yield if they are on the parking side of the street. What's everybody else think?

Maybe I want to see it but it sure does feel like traffic is quieter -- and sure makes it nicer to not have the one-ways force me to go an extra block or two when I want to get around in that area.

what about 1st street left turn?

I think the city should allow left turns from southbound first street onto 9th avenue. Its ridiculous to have to circumnavigate four extra blocks to get home when traveling south on first!

I thoroughly agree about the left turn from first onto 9th. It just makes sense-especialy since there is a sign directly in front of 1st Street that indicates that two way traffic is permitted and then we have a No Left Turn sign on the corner. I think it is very confusing and sends mixed messages to drivers that are unfamiliar with the area.
