instructions are confusing...by clicking on the red as somewhat indicated you get nowhere...but by going back up and clicking on discussion line above the instructions i arrived at this page...another time i went back up and clicked on "signature line" i.e., the e-mail identity and arrived at an e-mail letter page rather than this form...anyone have any way to clear this up??? jackie

this has been a learning process...okay?
ignore ALL of ALL of the above...I FINALLY understand -- to reply to message you click on "reply to this message" -- to read a message you click on that title -- just like they said.. but until there were some messages there I was having a little difficulty...c'est pas?
