O.K. Your right. It will never get legalized as long as the self rightous moralistic ones set the policy. So.......... my only answer is drug treatment centers. I think most of the street walkers are addicted to drugs(Which also should be legalized,taxed, etc., but thats another column). If the hookers were gotten off drugs, they just might get off the street to stay.
